If anyone on here can activate my smartstart unit I would be willing to make a donation via PayPal. All of my local shops are playing dumb and won't do it. It's already installed and ready to rock.

didnt you call directed and ask them to assist you? Who installed it? It says how to activate it with the paperwork that comes with the unit.
