Rather vague post, WHEN can't it start? Only after you unlock it?
What vehicle make, model year?

At a guess you either haven't taken the factory alarm into consideration OR connected to keysense OR both.

I have a keyless entry that when I unlock the door allows me in about 15 seconds start the vehicle; after 15 seconds do not crank. ok I installed the remote start alarm but I still have to unlock the door with old keyless to start the vehicle .
