This website is mostly used by english speaking people and I am having a difficult time reading the translation, so I apologize for that. I will do my best to understand what you are doing.
It sounds like you want to add a key chime or warning buzzer to your car? First off let me know if this is correct and let us all know what kind of car you are working on so we can help better.

There's a wire at the dome light (roof light) that will change state from open circuit to NEG when you open a door.
This to buzzer NEG wire buzzer POS to a 12V+ constant.
Ah well Kenny, I had a go.

They are mp3 audio & 3gp video files and they scanned ok, but after viewing etc I got a request for web access for "Updater21804" which seems to be trojan. I'll investigate that further...
000000k - you want a similar circuit to get the same sound and flashing as the in the video and sound files?
That video & sound is from a Sonata?
And is that a normal Sonata (or has a BMW style circuit been fitted)?

I suggest our OP finds someone who speaks English to write his posts, so far he has mentioned 3 makes of completely different car and not actually specified what he wants.

I suppose I'll attempt to chime in here since Howie brought me into it anways... haha. To me it sounds like the OP wants to build his own door chime. I still have yet to determine what type of vehicle he has, but I'm assuming it is an older vehicle that doesn't have the factory chime.
You will need to find a way to give us the exact year, make, and model of your car otherwise we can only give so much help. You will need to find a 12 volt buzzer to start. Then from there it will also depend on how you want it to activate. Do you want it on every time the door is open? Or only when the door is open and the key is in the ignition?
Let us know what year, make, and model car you have.

Sorry Kenny and to add to the above you can diode it from either ignition or door trigger to complete the NEG side and have diode inputs from constant or lights to complete the POS side.
Why do I have a sneaky suspicion he wants an alarm?
At that point I hope the MODs close this post because we are all running around like blue a***d flies going nowhere.
Maybe all well be explained on April 1st.

I done went and opened a can of worms here. I agree that the translator being used is seemingly not able to correctly get the point across. Someone who speaks both languages may be needed in order to fully understand what the Original Poster is trying to do.

You have to remove the BSI box to get at various plugs.
You are looking for the following ignition.
Driver door trigger.
Side lights (not headlights).
Be very careful, most of the wiring on this vehicle was CAN and VAN data by then.
Here is your circuit. door_buzzer.bmp
You will need to probe the BSI box to find what you need.
This will buzz if you leave either the lights or the ignition on.
If you want just ignition I will have to alter the diagram. ------------- Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.

A BMW circuit in a POS 207, apart from saying you want Armani to make your Walmart suit, there have been about 30 model variations and at least 4 electronics generations since 1980.
What BMW, model and year.
Oh why am I bothering the answer is in my last post anyway and to make the BMW sound you will need the BMW parts
apart from the fact that CRAP I meant French cars have NO standard wiring colours, forget it.

Then I suggest you search BMW or electronics forums.
the12volt deals with things like car electrics & accessories, and wiring and interfacing methodologies.
It does not deal with electronic circuitry and sound kits etc - it would only deal with how to connect those circuits.
A BMW site should be able to tell you what module creates that sound. You might then be able to obtain that module.
Electronic and audio-project sites may have circuits that can replicate the sound.
Or maybe buy or build a digital recorder or sampler and use that.

But isn't that merely an alarm circuit that turns on something else (a horn etc)?
The trigger circuit is easy - that just uses the door switches to turn on the "chime".
You want a buzzer or chime circuit that gives you the sound you want. Yes?
Also, try any BMW etc site. Howard thought Israel & India would have the "local" expertise.
Alas, political policy sometimes prevents us decent people doing what we should be free to do - eg, helping others. But hence the beauty of things like this forum and the web - we can cooperate on the human level. (Ooops - that sounds political. I'm merely pushing the people to people aspect.)
Maybe later I will try searching for that information. But not now - my girlfriend awaits me yet again.
Sorry too if my writing is difficult to understand. But even English speakers have troubles with that!

The BMW E36 has the chime you want, eg - youtube JrWXsZUQZWI.
The pin outs are as per unofficialbmw e36_gong.
Examples of the different triggers/pins/sounds is at youtube pxnlJAvyr5s.
And an example for one sale is eBay item 251225287029 for USD$25.
PS - it seems the E36 E38 E39 E46 chimes are all the same, but I only found that first link for the E36 that matched your sound file.

Needy people need a "nice" chime for their cars?
I think that translator means "wanting" people - ie, people that want that chime for their cars.
If anyone "needs" a chime, they would use an ordinary buzzer connected from +12V to the grounded door switches, probably with diodes inserted in each door-switch circuit to prevent one circuit effecting the other.
But you are getting answers at eeweb.com.
The twin-T oscillator sounds good. I used to use then for electronic bongo & drums.
But for your sampled sound, getting the BMW module is probably the simplest and cheapest, unless perhaps someone has a circuit for one.
Otherwise a digital sampling chip or recorder, or mp3 player etc.
Or some other uPC or PICAXE that can be programmed for the same.

Today I got a chime module from (I think) a 1997 Polo. It has the same chime that 00000k wants.
It's relay number 39 p/n 1HO919433A. The only difference between it and the (older) #49 relay is the "A" and the #49 instead of #39 (on the top of the relay - ie, on the speaker grill), but the #49 1HO919433 has a totally different sound.
Internally they are very different but the 1HO919433A uses a hybrid circuit with an SMD LM3903 chip (comparator) and looks to be reverse engineerable. (Surely some VAG site has?)

We would have stood a chance if:-
a) OP knew what the heck he was talking about.
b) A decent grasp of English.
I've helped Egyptians, Iraqis I told them straight I was Jewish, no problems, but, they had a very good grasp of English.
Mid 20th. century onwards and for say another 30 years you MUST have good English for science/engineering. It will swing to Mandarin plus Hebrew and Hindi, except in Israel and India, English is the de-facto 2nd. language.
