Well I got my alarm viper 5704 installed. Everything work fine for the first month.

Then one day my car door would not lock when i armed the alarm. I figure one one of the splice wires didn't really get splice enough and got loose. So i research found that i need to connect the viper 5704 3 pin green wire to honda civic blue wire from the harness under the fuse box. Well i looked for that connection and wiggled the connection a bit.

Everything worked again my car locks again when i arm the device.

Now the real problem. After, that when I press the aux/trunk to open my trunk my car also unlocks and it causes my alarm to go off.

Anyone know what can be the problem? Wireing or programmed?

Sounds like a poor install job. Recheck all of your wiring, and solder the conections.

It's because you connected to the unlock wire not the disarm wire. The unit is set to send an unlock / disarm pulse before popping the trunk specifically so it does not trigger the alarm.

You need to connect the unlock wire or you can use the factory disarm wire to:
Factory Alarm Disarm      brown (driver door key unlock)      -      driver kick, door harness, 23 pin plug, pin 14

You can also check that connection and make sure it's not loose. But either way, if you have a connection loose then you should still go through all of them and re-connect everything (with solder). Otherwise you will just continue having issues.

BTW i didn't install the alarm myself so i am trying to figure out this problem myself learning from honda and viper wireing chart.

I think i found the brown factory alarm disarm wire. The small brown wire that is in the harness with the power unlock and power lock wires.

Do you know which wire from the brain is sending that disarm signal when i open up the trunk so i can follow that wire to see where it is connected too.

Make sure to test that factory wire. It should show a ground signal when the key is turned to the unlock position in the driver's door. It also wouldn't hurt to connect the factory re-arm as well if you want the alarm to arm when the doors are locked.

The Viper outputs should be:
Disarm - H2/4 - Green /Black
Arm - H2/24 - Green / White

Factory re-arm wire:
Factory Alarm Arm      pink (driver door key lock)      -      driver kick, door harness, 23 pin plug, pin 23
