I installed a Viper VSS3000 in a friends 2011 Nissan Juke, Automatic, with Push-to-Start. I used an iDatalink ADS-AL CA bypass that I had programmed at a local shop. I installed it W2W, and everything is currently wired except for the Starter 2 Input on the ADS-AL CA, because it requires a positive input, and the VSS3000 only had a ground output. I don't have a relay on hand, so I'll put that in when the relay I ordered gets here.

The VSS3000 doesn't come with a remote, because it's designed to only use SmartStart, but for the purposes of installation, I bought a remote for it. The system currently has some functionality, but it's definitely not good to go yet. This is what it does

-Lock works
-Unlock works after the second press, but the interior lights turn on after the first press
-When you press the remote start button, the 'foot on pedal' light comes on on the dash. After a few seconds, the brake lights come on, for 5 seconds, but nothing happens. They turn off for a few seconds, then repeat the 5 second cycle twice more. The 'foot on pedal' light stays on for the first 3 seconds of the brake lights coming on for the first time
-If I have my foot on the brake, the same thing happens, but with the brake lights on the whole time
-If I have my foot on the brake, press the remote start button, wait until the 'foot on pedal' light comes on, then press the remote start button two more times, the vehicle starts, but only runs for about 2 seconds
-With the key inside the vehicle, pressing the remote start button once turns on the accessories, and a second time turns the ignition on
-With the key inside, and my foot on the brake, pressing the remote start button once, the car starts, but only runs for about 2 seconds.

Thanks guys

The starter 2 wire is required so the ADS module to know when to crank the car.

The ADS bypasses are designed for driver priority unlock. You have to go into the programming options (in normal options AND advanced options) and set it for priority unlocking off and force unlock all on first press.
