Customer set Alarm to "pulsed"
alarm does not chirp or sound any alarm.
How to reset back to normal

Do you mean it's in valet mode with the LED constant?
Function X 2 then unlock or simply hold the button on the antenna display, blue light should go out.

sorry for the late reply............

Customer states he pressed Button on screen of Remote, then the Remote displayed "pulsed"
He states the Valet is off, but no Alarm sound for lock / unlock or entry.
Called Clifford & they stated same reset......Function X 2 then unlock or simply hold the button on the antenna display, blue light should go out
No go........
BitWriter may be needed, but wanted to be sure prior to appointment & charge..........

Any other help is appreciated.............
