I currently have AK105B installed on my 07 civic, but the remote start function requires a bypass, what would you guys recommend?

There are many available for that vehicle. If you just want a transponder bypass with no other features, and
price is a factor, look for a PKH34. It needs only 4 wire connections, comes ready-to-go, is very reliable and
is easy to program. Other bypass modules that are reliable, ready-to-go and easy to install & program are :
Fortin        Honda-SL3 and Key-OverRide-All
Directed XPressKit  PKALL ( DEI twin of Fortin Key-OverRide-All )
iDatalink     ADS TBSL KO and ADS TBSL HA ( Solo Series )

Ahh, seems like AK105B does not support D2D. So would it be like leaving a key chip inside the car to install any transponder bypass? Seems like it wouldn't be too hard to steal the vehicle once i program the transponder bypass, is it?

The bypass modules listed above need a working key to program them but no key is left inside the vehicle afterwards.

While any car can be stolen, the presence of a remote start system with a data bypass module does not make it much easier. There are still the steering wheel lock and transmission shifter lock along with any factory or after-market alarm system(s) as deterrents.
