You will need a window up down module, DEI 530t for 2 windows.

-------------
Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

No it doesn't have comfort close, you need to use the motor wires.

Comfort Closure is a feature included in some high-end vehicles that allows the windows to be closed ( and opened ) via the factory remotes as shown in this
video link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fgQy_TQNqOc   Window control can also be done with the key in the door lock cylinder by turning the key to lock
and holding it in that position while the doors lock and then the windows roll-up. Incorporating this window control in the R/S system is easy on these vehicles.
On a vehicle without comfort closure ( like your Civic ) you will need a relay based control module ( DEI 530T ) connected to the actual power window motor wires
to accomplish this.

Soldering is fun!
