I have a installer from Best Buy that is having trouble trying to figure out how to get a ScyTek WR84 2 Windows Up/Down module to roll up and down the 2 windows on my 87 Firebird. He tried going through the settings on the remote to get the module working to roll up and down the windows. I even tried it myself. Isn't hard to program. It is the wiring that is the problem. You can hear the module trigger. But the windows won't go up or down. So does the negative trigger from the module need to be as positive trigger to the window module to work?

The Skytek window module is on a 1987 Pontiac Firebird that has a Skytek Galaxy 50000RS-2W Alarm installed.
