I need some guidance with the addition of the RFLCHGM to and existing Python 991 with DLPK module. DEI has said that keeping the ignition cylinder active with dlpk may cause the battery to die. I checked my current draw on my '10 Silverado and with the remote start and DLPK it draws 180 mA without it draws 25 mA. So I would like to add the RF loop to decrease the mA usage. My question is do I just plug the RF loop into the DLPK and program it or do I have to reconnect any wires that I may have cut ie. Accessory wire?

Thanks,

Sean

For those of you that have an installed DEI Alarm/Remote start and have a DLPK module...to add the RFLCHGM loop to decrease your battery draw do the following per DEI tech support:
Rejoin that wire that was cut, discard the WHITE/ Black tracer wire and connect the Pink wire to the brown reconnected wire, and to program just turn key ON then OFF then remote start vehicle
