I have installed a prostart ct-3371 in my Silverado with duramax diesel. Initially I used the Xpresskit PLJX bypass but the doorlocks would not work with the prostart keyfob and only the factory keyfob. After a bunch of research and speaking with customer service at prostart I was advised to use the Omega db-gmdl-bp bypass which is much easier to install but still have the same problem. Locks work with factory keyfob but not with the prostart keyfob. All other functions work and both units are installed as per the manufactures instructions. When I try using the prostart keyfob the unit clicks like it's doing something and the park lights flash twice for lock and once for unlock also when the truck is shut off with the remote after being remote started all of the doors will lock.
Can anyone suggest advice on this?
Thanks for any feedback.

Think the PLJX is only a bypass module and does not handle the door locks.

The DB-GMDL-BP should do both, locks and bypass.   Here is the wiring :

DB-GMDL-BP
Black to chassis ground
Red to +12V constant
Blue to CT-3371 Unlock - Green on 12 Pin
Green to CT-3371 Lock - Brown on 12 Pin
Brown to CT-3371 GWR - White on 12 Pin
Pink/White to CT-3371 Door Trigger - Grey on 12 Pin *** Front doors only
Violet to truck OBD2 Pin 2 *** See note below

Here is an important note :
IMPORTANT: DO NOT CONNECT VIOLET
DATA OUTPUT WIRE OF INTERFACE MODULE
TO VEHICLE DATA WIRE (PIN2) UNTIL EVERY
OTHER WIRE HAS BEEN CONNECTED & THE
HARNESS HAS BEEN PLUGGED IN TO THE
DATA BUS INTERFACE (DL) MODULE.

Make sure the DB-GMDL-BP is set to Vehicle Platform Type 4, then program to truck.

You can reset the DB-GMDL-BP using Feature 7 programming and start over if necessary.

Ick. Get an ADSALCA. I just cant trust DEI bypasses anymore Ive taken lots out and replaced with Idatalink to clear up issues.
