I'm putting a viper 3303 in a 68 Corvette and have the alarm features working.
I have 2 questions. #1 I installed aftermarket door locks that lock and unlock with relays. Witch wires on the 3303 door lock harness are used to activate the relays I have? The old alarm I had used a blue and green wire. If these wires are grounded one at a time the locks work.
#2 Does the dome light stay on when the doors are unlocked and if so witch wire goes to the dome light relay?
Thanks
Dave

If the current after-market door lock system needs a simple (-) signal to work, here is the 3303 lock
wiring :
H2/1 VIOLET* UNLOCK #87 NORMALLY OPEN (INPUT) Chassis Ground
H2/2 BLUE/BLACK UNLOCK #30 COMMON (OUTPUT) Blue wire ( present alarm )
H2/3 BROWN / BLACK UNLOCK #87a NORMALLY CLOSED Not used
H2/4 VIOLET/BLACK* LOCK #87 NORMALLY OPEN (INPUT) Chassis Ground
H2/5 GREEN/ BLACK LOCK #30 COMMON (OUTPUT) Green wire ( present alarm )
H2/6 WHITE/ BLACK LOCK #87a NORMALLY CLOSED Not used
H2/7 WHITE/ VIOLET FLEX RELAY #87 NORMALLY OPEN (INPUT)**
H2/8 WHITE/ BROWN FLEX RELAY #87a NORMALLY CLOSED**
------------- Soldering is fun!
