Hello all...looking for wiring guide for '12 Mitsubishi Lancer. Not having much luck at various sources online, all seem to go to 2011 and stop. Is the '12 possibly the same as the '11 model year...if so, great as I plan on using tedmonds excellent pictorial for this vehicle! Any input much appreciated, Al

The 2012 is almost the same as the 2011 with a couple differences ,the brake wire on the 12 is Pink and 12 volts are White or BLACK/ Red (80A) Red or BLACK/ Grey (80A) and that's it .So you can follow the wiring for the 2011 and you should be ok!

Unfortunately, the remote starter and bypass manufacturers have always done a sloppy job of keeping up with Mitsubishis. Maybe because they don't sell in large numbers.

Anyway, the Lancer has been pretty much unchanged since 2007. Even the 2014 is the same, except for a new radio. (It has the same single-knob radio seen in the new Outlander.)

One thing, though, is that they do seem to change a few of the wiring colors every few years.

Whatever pictorial you've found (and I'd love to see it too!), follow the pin locations, test each wire you connect to, and don't be surprised or scared if you find the color to be different.
