using your car horn instead

Hi,
I have a Carvox King Eagle alarm system

I want to use the Car's OEM horn instead of the siren that came with the alarm.

Here's the problem.....

The Brown wire from the Carvox alarm has a very low voltage on it at all times. Approx 1.6 millivolts.   Apparently, this is enough to trigger the OEM car horn's relay.

Here's the Question.....

What device can I use between the brown wire from the car alarm and the cars OEM horn relay to assure the OEM car horn gets zero volts from the Car alarm UNTIL the alarm actually sends a trigger signal to the Brown wire (which is over 100 millivolts)?

I could not edit the original post, so let me add this....

I just realized that the current from the Carvox alarm through the Brown wire mentioned above is a constant current once activated by a triggering event.

That would make the car's horn blow constantly and I do not want that.
What I would like is for the horn to pulse as is typical for OEM car alarms.

Is there a thread that goes over this technique?

I think I'll try it.

I've used a relay and the parking light wire to trigger the horn. Basically what you'll have is a horn honk for every light flash. just make sure you diode isolate the parking light wire from the brain to the relay and the parking light wire so when you turn on your lights the horn doesn't blow constant.

1.6 millivolts is triggering an OEM relay? Is it a positive triggered or negative triggered relay?
