I just recently installed a autostart 2-way screen with a idatalink Al-CA in a Mazda cx-5.

Everything works fine as for the remote starter end.

but I noticed that the factory GPS is not receiving a signal.

Things I tried:

- unplugged the battery of the car.
- reset the radio
- reset the gps to default.

It still says waiting for gps signal.

I double checked the wires to make sure everything is good and not cut.

any thoughts?
