Hey whats up guys. Just curious if anyone has done an 04 A6 with a 556U and standard remote start like an avital 4113.

Is there any difficulty with the transponder module and or door locks?

Its not hard, just give yourself a bit of time. I personally just make my own wrap with a relay instead of a 556U but you could do that instead. Either way if you have some experience on Audi/VW for R/S than this is nothing special.
