Hi every one. I installed a Python remote car starter alarm combo in a 2008 mazda Mx-5 (Miata). Everything works except the remote starter. I can : lock, unlock the doors. Open the trunk. Arm, disarm the alarm. I can engage the pit stop fonction. But i CANNOT remote start the car. It will try 3 time and then... pop up Remote start error on my lcd remote.
Here are some program feature:
Set in automatic transmission
set in tach mode (tried injector and coil), tried in voltage mode too
set flex relay to 2nd accessory
else is factory set-up.
i did the learn tach sequence.
There is no power at all on the start ouput relay(violet wire). All 3 inputs red wires (RED / red-WHITE/ RED / black) are connect to a 12v constent voltage source.
Can it be a faulty brain ??? I don't know where to look anymore.
thank you for your Help.

What bypass module did you use for the transponder based ignition immobilizer? Have you tried a remote start with a key inserted ( but not turned ) in the ignition switch?
Any error lights on the instrument cluster during a failed remote start attempt?
Have you run the Pythons Shutdown Diagnostics? That error code could help determine a problem,.

Hi, i use a expresskit PK transponder. yes i did try the key in the barriel with no success. No light or led different then usual. In the shutdown diagnostic i have a low or no RPM. That is true, the car didn,t crank !!!!
My next step is to use the flex output(set as 2nd starter) to replace the starter output, and/or use the 24pin starter out to energize an external relay.
We will see.

i did some test and i found out that the only start output working is when i use the flex output ??? That mean that both Heavy gage starter out and the secondary starter out (24 pin harness) are dead !!!! Look like my module is defective....
