Viper 4203 one button won't energize the high amperage start/acc/ign wires

The box has power and make the 3 attempts......the clicking of the high amp relays can be heard.

Do I have a bad box?

Background:
- I have installed DIE/viper remote starts successfully in the past
- The 4203 has power and does react to the remote start initiation resulting in three start attempts and clicking of the relays can be heard

- I have basically disconnected everything but power to help isolate any external factors

Conclusion:
Even if I hooked everything up wrong, the fact that it has power and activates the relays means the starter wire along with acc/ign should light up via my test light when remote start is activated.

I'll be happy to provide more details and would love to hear your suggestions

Thanks in advance

Problem solved!!!!!

Rookie mistake........."neutral safety wire" must be grounded even for bench testing.
