as 1475 wont start on first crank

05 gmc sierra 4.8L
autostart as-1475
recently when I press start on my remote the engine will crank for about 2 seconds then stop,park light is on steady,then after about 20 seconds the truck will start as normal
How do I get this to start on first try like before?
remote start was installed at dealer

Maybe somehow the unit went into voltage sense ? Try reprogramming tach checking it may help!
