Does the ADS-BLADE AL roll the windows up/down in this car? I've been using DEI bypass modules and looking to explore new options, but my last customer has the DBALL2 which rolls the windows down via the databus, but not up for some reason. I've been searching for a solution for him but can't find one. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm guessing aux 1 on dball is programmed for window down. So now program aux 2 for front window up and aux 3 for back window up.

I tried that and it doesn't work. I also tried the gas door on aux2, that doesn't work either.

What brand of remote start on that vehicle? Do you have the brain aux set to constant or latched output?

It has the Viper 5202.

I haven't configured the aux outputs at all on the Viper because it's using D2D mode.

Factory default is set to validity so you have to hold down the aux button continuously until windows are up then release button.

Right, but the windows up doesn't work at all, Windows down does...

Which 2 aux you have windows to go up? What buttons you pressing on viper remote for each aux?

Aux1 = Front Windows Down = (F)x1 + aux (works)
Aux2 = Rear Windows Down = (F)x2 + aux (works)
Aux3 = Windows Up = (F)x3 + aux (doesn't work)

I can program Windows Up to any of the aux channels, and it doesn't work.

But, going back to the original question, does the ADS Blade control the windows? If so, I'm just going to swap out the bypass. These DBALL units have been a thorn in my side.

In that instance can't you program comfort close on the DB-ALL to raise the windows?

Have you tried locking the doors first before triggering the aux output for windows up?

I have not tried that, but I will! I know these cars can be very temperamental.

I could, but doesn't the Comfort Closure just fire the AUX channel? I haven't done anything with Comfort Closure before, so I'm not 100% sure, but it would make sense if if just fires the AUX automatically.

First comfort closure replaces the 0.4 or 0.8 lock outputs with a 20 second timed output.
Nothing to do with the aux outputs.
Secondly programming of the alarm and or R/S isn't needed for these functions, all done by the DB-ALL.
Thirdly have you looked at page 20 of the DB-ALL instructions.

Alright, that makes sense. I've never programmed the comfort closure before (never had a reason to mess with it).

I will try to enable the comfort closure and see what happens. If this is programmed, will comfort closure roll up the windows any time the doors are locked? If so, the customer is going to throw a fit lol, he's one of those guys... posted_image

Or from your unit take the 2 aux wires and relay each to increase the current, unlock with a 259R resistor, neg to neg then to a GREEN / WHITE in the factory door module this will give you window close/open without affecting the DB-ALL.

I've always done them that way when using a DB-ALL, what I mean is ignore my last post I would have assumed you'd have read the instructions on page 20.
Using comfort close automatically closes windows and roof when present, using an aux means more button pressing to achieve it.

Sorry, can't edit, what I should have written is more button pressing and linking it to arm.
