I'm thinking about putting a crimestopper rs4-g4 in my 08 toyota sienna. I did one on my wifes 11 camry. I have 3 keys for it ( so sacrificing 1 is ok), what will I need for the install besides that?? I know I bought a "key coffin" for the camry spare key. I need to do this cheaply as the vehicle has alot of miles and I dont know how long I'll have it. The key has a dot punched on it, I know that made a difference with my wifes car. Thanks in advance for the help.

For a basic remote start system for you Sienna, be sure to get one that includes keyless entry ( 4 button remotes ) like the
Crimestopper RS-4 or an Avital 4103 ( $50 ).  All Toyota's turn off the Factory keyless entry FOB's while the engine is running.

Rather than hide a key under the dash, think I would go with an ADS TSBL KO or ADS TBSL TI.   They can be had for around $30
and will make the install easy, safe and reliable.  Even a PKALL or KeyOverRideAll is a good choice for the bypass module.

Nothing else is needed and you get a pretty good system for $80.

Not a CrimeStopper user, but it appears that the RS4 has an IGN2 output, a selectable Parking Light output for the Sienna's (-) Parking Light wire and Type B (-) door lock outputs.  Additionally, you could use the G4's Dataport for the ADS bypass module when programmed to the OFA type bypass ( Option 5 ).  You could even use the Trunk button to control a power sliding door.
