This is the only way ive found to program a 555h with a 01 accord. When hooking up your box, dont connect the blue/remotestart imput right away.
Hook up everything else.
Put the key in the ignition but dont turn it.
Ground the blue/RSimput wire and hold it there(the one going to 555h not RS)
The LED on the 555H will blink twice(keep holding the ground)
turn the ignition key to run position(1 click past accessories dont start)
LED will stay on for 1 second or two then turn off.
Congrats! Youve programmed your box!
You can let go the ground and turn ignition off
Connect everything as you normally would and give it a test. I bet it works. This happens because remote starter boxes have different "settings" for bypass module ground out wire. Some are on when arming and others on when running.

Also good to know, you can just unplug this box and let it sit for a couple minutes to reset its memory. I havent tryed hooking one of these boxes in different cars once they have been programmed but im sure it would work.

I read a lot of hate about these boxes but ive had only a few problems with these in where most of the time its not even the dei 555h that is faulty. In this case it is a timing error due to R/S -> 555H ground out setting. Ive also seen faulty keysense switch always displaying ground so when you would remote start the box would go into programming mode with no key in ignition.
