I have successfully installed a DR-5000 alarm and I am having problems programming my EVO-ALL.

I have a 2007 Chevrolet Express 1500 and have followed the Steps for a Wire-to-Wire setup. The steps for Setup are fairly simple, but I can't make it past the third step... The guide says on page 4:
Connection type = 3 and a Programming type = 3

On page 10 is the wiring diagram. I have completed the wire to wire connections are setup and tested with a DMM. In this setup it only requires the 20 pin connector to be wired along with power coming in on the datalink connector. The rest of the connectors are not used.

EVO-All Chevrolet Guide

When I follow the programming setup on page 20 for Program 3 I can complete steps 1 and 2. When I insert the 20 pin connector and then turn the key, the Blue light remains on and I cannot proceed. It seems like it doesn't realize the key is in the "On" position. If you look at the wiring configuration it does NOT have an Accessory input. I think this is missing.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

First quick guess :

What firmware version is flashed on the EVO-ALL?  I believe that they dropped J1850 support after Ver 4.06, so you should not have V4.09 or V4.18 flashed on the EVO-ALL, as it won't work.  Do you have the FlaskLink USB cable to check / re-flash if necessary?

I do not have a flashlink USB updater. I was told by the seller that "No Updates / Programming" would be required.

Here is what is on the back of the EVO ALL:
Hardware VR: 6
Firmware VR: 4.18
Date:        11-2013
Type:        2

Thanks for your assistance!!

Think you want Firmware Ver 4.06, max, on the EVO-ALL.   The Fortin site has it noted as "Ver 4.06 only".  https://ifar.ca/en/vehicles/chevrolet/express/2006/

Hardware Ver 6 is fine.  Hopefully you can find someone to re-flash the module for you.   I'd do it if you were close-by.
