So my primary car keys and alarm fob were stolen last night. Some thief took off with my jacket and they were inside. Ugh.

Anyways, I have my second keys and fob still. But I'm not happy that someone out there can turn off my car alarm at will. Is it possible for me to change the operating frequency so the old alarm fob no longer controls the alarm brain?

No, but you can delete the lost/stolen remote from your system.
