Without knowing what model alarm (factory installed or aftermarket) we cant offer much help, but most aftermarket alarms can be disabled by turning the ignition on while holding a valet button.

Factory alarms can be disarmed by turning the key in the door lock, turning the car on, or using the factory remote.

Also make sure your remote fob has fresh batteries.

Otherwise we need more information to further help. posted_image

All Codes will do this when powered up, simply turn on the ignition first or turn it off via the remote.
That or the alarm is a POS or the siren if it's neg switching has a short.
Why are we answering, not enough info from the OP.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
