I want to put in dei530t window modules, for a 96 honda accord lx. I cant find the right front window motor wires.

Is there a difference between the switch wires and motor wires. Please help

Well the Motor wire and Switch wire are actually only one wire.
They are reffered the Motor Wire (motor side) and Switch Wire (switch side) because one it is the end that goes to the motor and the other one it is the end that goes to the switch.

The "module" will be actaully placed between the 2 ends of this wire.

Find the wire that will give a plus +12V when the windows rolls up.Be sure you tripple check.
Now cut the wire and connect the Motor Side wire ot the end that goes to the motor and the Switch Wire to the end that goes to the activation switch of the window.
Same with the second window but here you will use Motor Wire 2 and Switch Wire 2.

Repeat the above operation for opening the window.

These are the window wires for your vehicle:

Windows Up LF=RED / Blue, RF=Blue / YELLOW, LR=GREEN/ Blue, RR=Yellow/Blue
Windows Down LF=RED / Yellow, RF=Blue, LR=Green, RR=Yellow
