Hey i was wondering if any prestige audiovox installers have used the new Audiovox carlink CCOBD2sl unit for remote starts . The carklink 2 is getting harder to come by. Not sure if they are no longer making them.

We are writing to inform you of some changes in the CarLink program as a result of rate increases from our cellular data provider.
Effective September 1, 2014, all base subscriptions for service will be increased by $10. The first renewal after the prepaid period will increase from $29 to $39. All other renewals will increase from $49 to $59. GPS services will continue to be priced as a $50 addition to the base price.
Also effective September 1, 2014, we will no longer be able to activate new units because of cost prohibitive activation fees imposed by the cellular data provider. Please do not install any units after this date.
It is unfortunate we have to increase rates and stop new activations. If you have any questions please contact your Voxx rep.
