I'm trying to add my front windows up/down to an alarm system without using a module that bypasses the stock functions and add my rear windows with window module. It's a 2002 Nissan Altima that already has front auto up/down on the windows

So any idea how to wire something like that

The only way is via a DEI 529t for close or a 535t or similar for close and vent. You won't do it without an external module and with the driver window wired directly to the motor wires.

I found this that it may help me let me know

https://www.audiogroupforum.com/csforum/archive/index.php?t-11162.html

This makes it pretty easy to add remote windows up/down for your customer. Using one relay, it's possible to get both up and down off one auxillary channel. Here's how I do it:

85: 12 volts
86: domelight supervision output from remote starter or aftermarket alarm
30: auxillary output from R/S or alarm
87a: key-cylinder lock wire on car
87: key-cylinder unlock wire on car

if I insert the key in the lock and turn it to unlock and hold it for 3 seconds the windows go down, turning to lock and holding for 3 seconds will roll them up, if I run 2 relays one for up and 1 for down may work on my front windows and for my rear windows I will get a window module and get the aux 1 signal for window roll up and aux 2 for window down

window roll up

85: 12 volts
86: aux 1 output from R/S or alarm
30: 12 volts or ground
87a: none
87: key-cylinder lock wire on car

window roll down

85: 12 volts
86: aux 2 output from R/S or alarm
30: 12 volts or ground
87a: none
87: key-cylinder unlock wire on car

let me know what do you think thank you

Let's start again you've just told me your vehicle has comfort close.

If the lock and unlock at the key cylinder are NEG (-) going you won't need relays, just connect directly to your aux 1 and 2.
Set aux one (close) for 4 seconds timed. Or link it to lock if your alarm has linking (DEI product).

If I just connect directly the aux 1 and 2 to the lock and unlock at the key cylinder will not damage the alarm module

Comfort Closure Off(1): The system can be programmed to close the windows
when the system is locked. If programmed ON, the lock output provides a
20 second pulse when the system is locked. The output will be cancelled if the
button is pressed. In the Off setting this functions does not work.

*****If I program the comfort closure on it will work with the LOCK OUTPUT SIGNAL, can i still connect directly the aux 1 and 2 to the lock and unlock at the key cylinder the way i can roll up and down my windows any time

*****the Comfort closure provides a 20second pulse when the system is locked, when i turn the key to the lock position and hold for about 5 the window rolls all the way up and i don't want to damage my windows let me know what you think

One or the other, comfort close plus aux 1 as vent/down perhaps?
I've used diodes or not on similar, seems to make no difference.
For BMW I use short (0.4 sec) lock/unlock pulse and join aux 1 to lock and aux 2 to unlock. Gives more control.

If you use that method don't program comfort close.

Play safe they cost next to nothing and it will protect the Viper circuitry.

No idea, you're over thinking this, a common AMATEUR mistake.
First try a grounding the pink lock wire, see if that brings up the windows.
Also on lowering the windows you will UNLOCK the car.
