I am looking to do my install on our 2008 Nissan Rogue with the smart key. I have the DB-ALL and a cliffard one way remote start system. I am looking for any links or help as to where I start on this, What wires to hook up, and what the best way of installing it would be. I have done remote starts before but not on the cars with the smart key and newer like this one. Thanks for the help in advance.

Use a bypass module like the EVO-ALL flashed with the correct firmware.  Here is a link to the EVO-ALL install guide : https://fortin.ca/download/15791/evo-all_nissan_infiniti.rev-20140507.pdf   If you don't have the FlashLink USB cable, make sure the seller flashes the correct firmware on it for you.
The EVO-ALL install shows most of the connections.  Here is a photo of the Ignition wires :

Here is a photo of the (+) Parking Light wire in the Driver Kick Panel :

Oooops, just noticed that you have and want to use a DB-ALL.  Don't use them myself but...  Here is a photo of the Intelli-Key module & wire :

So for lock/unlock, do I wore that or does the bus high and low connections take care of all of that?

Yes, DB-ALL's work.  There are many user's out there with good results.  Everybody has their own preferences and I have had very good results with iDatalink and Fortin products.
Ok, lets concentrate on the DB-ALL flashed with 401.NISS2HT v3.07 and using this install guide  : https://www.xpresskit.com/DocumentDownload.aspx?documentid=9285&productid=461&firmwareid=7117
According to the install guide, the DB-ALL will control the Locks using the control inputs it gets from the R/S (the Clifford system you mentioned).  These R/S to DB-ALL inputs can be via the D2D harness ( if the Clifford system is a newer DEI product ) or hardwired.
Also, according to the install guide, the DB-ALL will also control the Parking Lights, so no need for a direct connection from the R/S to the Rogue as pictured for them.  There are exceptions, as per this DB-ALL note : [2] Parking Lights MUST be W2W in Viper/Python/Clifford 4X02/5X02 platform systems, This platform does not support D2D parking light message.
If your Rogue has the Factory Alarm system, the DB-ALL should take care of that, too.  See the DB-ALL Feature 4 programming on Page 8.
And, as is typical for DEI products, there are certain signals that will only be available in a D2D type install.  See the Vehicle Application Guide chart on Page 2 of the install guide.  Those items are marked with a "D".
There should be some DB-ALL users on the forum with actual experience with your vehicle.  The ones I have done were mostly with iDatalink products ( some going back to when you had to add a relay in the IPDM...) ------------- Soldering is fun!

Ok and I'm assuming that is all for the keyless factory smart key? Thanks sooo much! I just have limited time to have this vehicle down so want it to as smooth and quick as possible.

So I have an avital remote start. The dball says to grab groung from where the power and accessory wires are. This is the plug on the remote start where the larger gauge wires are. 2 problems. There is no ground there. It's in another harness on the remote start so does that matter? Also it says to use the ignition word from the other plug that actually has the ground wire. If I use that ignition wire then do I leave the ignition wire in the harness with the larger gauge wires capped?

What is the model number of the Avital system you are using?

Too easy ( just follow the diagram ).
I don't use DB-ALL's and I almost always go W2W.  If you go D2D, all of the Blue dashed lines are ( supposed to be ) handled via the D2D harness.  Be sure to heed the notes at the bottom of the DB-ALL install diagram.  Things like Tach, Parking Lights and even the Brake may not work via D2D.  Additionally, be aware that your Avital 4103's D2D port might have to be manually switched from a BitWriter port to a DBI D2D port.  Search this forum for the particulars on that process.
Good luck with the install.     ------------- Soldering is fun!

Ok im near completed but just not sure if using D2D what setting I put the little jumper on for the "Parking Light Jumpers" as they are called on this unit or if i need to hook that jumper up at all. Thanks so much for all of the help!!

Don't think it matters in D2D being as it's handled via data, but I would set the jumper to (+) just in case. It won't hurt anything.

Be sure to test the Hood Status feature of the Avital 4103. Opening the hood should shutdown an engine running under remote start. If the Rogue does not have a factory hood pin, the DB-ALL won't be able to supply this signal to the Avital. It's an important safety feature, so you might have to install the Avital kit supplied hoof pin and wire it directly to the 4103.

We're ready, here at the !2 Volt!  Popular vehicle.  If it's not a PTS vehicle, check the key for a "G" stamp.
