I have a universal car starter kit from VPA and the model number is 81728-9 and it is the one pictured here:

I have a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta SE, but no installation instructions came with the product. Does anyone know how the heck I install it?

Send it back or else ask the vendor for the instructions, you'll also need a CAN-bus interface to make it work and a spare key in a box to by-pass the factory immobiliser.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

that is a universal remote kit not a remote start kit. you will still need to build everything you want the remotes to control.
as it has been said, send it back and try again or better yet take that car to an remote start specialist. A car is 1 of the most expensive purchases you will make, do you really want to do something that may disable the car or cost you more to get fixed. Just saying a lot of shops will not even install remote starts on those vehicles. I would be more than happy to install a remote start in your vehicle.
