Hi All,
I just bought viper 4105v for my 2001 dodge ram diesel automatic, when I looked the wiring diagrams there is no wait to start wire how I can wire this remote starter please help me or I do have to buy diffrent one with the wait to start option please need help.

Quick reference guide that came with the unit:-
Menu 2
Feature 10
Option 2
Or if you have access to a bitwriter, you can do it in one second intervals.

Thanks for your reply this is my first time I am trying to install remote starter and trying to gather all the info what I can, as you said about the option 2 so all the setting in option to done by the remote starter or by the bitwriter please explain me.

The option mentioned gives you 15 second delay, if you had access to a bitwriter you could change that time to say 3 seconds.

Thanks, to do programming for delay does it can be done by remote starter only like thay have explain in instruction, or I still need bitwriter.In alberta we get realy cold so I would like to let engine finish it glow plug cycle before it start.

Setting the delay can be done with the remotes for 15, 30, or 45 seconds. If you had access to a bitwriter, the delay can be set 1 second to 90 seconds. example 37 seconds.

Yes, list your wires and where you've connected them.

Need help on these wires ,
MAIN HARNESS 9 PIN
1...light green black.....-200ma factory alarm disarm ?where to connect.
2...GREEN / WHITE............-200ma factory alarm rearm     ? ,,,,,,,,,
3....yellow......................+ ignition out(to alarm).............?,,,,,,,,,
4.....WHITE/ blue................(-) activation input...................?,,,,,,,,,
5.....orange.......................(-) 500ma ground when locked/anti grind output....? ,,,,,,
6......brown.......................(-)200ma horn output.......? ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
7......RED / white................. (-) 200ma trunk release output.....?,,,,,,,,,,,
8......black..........................ground..I have connected to the ground
9......white.........................(+/-) light flash output...........?,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I have connect the other wires as instructed but I only connected ground wire from main harness, after putting all of these wire I try to run to detect tech signal, but see no light on the remote starter at all I am only installing remote starter features please help me with the instruction.my truck is diesel I found the tach wire on engine firewall this is gray/black wire and shows 3.15 volt ac when started.
