So I did a viper 4806v with a flashlogic flcan in a 2010 Silverado 2500 the other day. Now it worked just fine. The only wire I can remember that I didn't hook up was the first starter wire that was only for starter kill under the hood. The remote start works and the lock and unlock works and it worked just fine for about an hour. Now what happens is the security light turns on when he puts the key in the ignition after using the remote start, and when he starts it with the key it only starts it for a second then kills it. Randomly the remote start is starting now and the alarm will go off. I was thinking of maybe just replacing the flcan with a new reflashed and programmed module because I had reflashed and programmed this one multiple times but I don't know if that makes much of a difference. Any insight of what is happening?

So a lot is ran data to data. The accessory and auto relock are wired on there. Then actually into the ignition there is the fat plugin on the bottom of the ignition has the passlock wire ran into it, then the skinny plugin has the pk3 12v ran where I cut the wire and ran vehicle side to connector side, then there is the swc data wire. Now that one my guide said it was on pin 5 of that plugin, but pin five was empty, but the guide said it was a dark green data wire and pin 4 had that wire so I ran it to that one. Now it told me to run the accessory wire up to that plugin to but I just had it run to the green bcm plug where the rest of the ignition wires were. And it had told me to run a ground into that plug too, but I just grounded it to a bolt on the firewall. If you would like to see the guide I used I can show you, I have a pdf file of it still.

*I meant to say I ran one wire vehicle side and ran one connector side after I cut the pk3 12v.

Was everything soldered ? Maybe a bad connection on the 12v pk3 wire where you cut it. ? I'm also assuming your using AL-DL-GM10

Yeah I'm using AL-DL-GM10 and not every connection. I know that the pk3 12v isn't soldered. The data wires are soldered though.Any other ideas besides the bad connection?
