Subject: autopage c3 rs730 relay clicking in brain

Just installed the autopage rs730 remote start and alarm/keyless entry in my 04 avalanche...used an xpresskit xk09 bypass.
Install was an absolute nightmare...NONE of the directions were clear at all....wiring diagrams for my vehicle were not correct either. So after spending 3 full days probing wires with my dmm i finally got it installed.
Remote start works perfect...locks work perfect...lights work perfect...only one issue and i have been searching for close to 5hrs and cant find one simular problem.
When i use remote start it fires up...after about 5sec of running i hear a single click in the brain of the remote start, then about 2sec later it bwgins continuously clicking about every 2 sec.
Sounds like a slow turn signal.
Idk what the heck it could be...sounds like a built in relay trying to switch something on or off over and over.
It does not do it if i just ise the key to start it.
I have no acc or options hooked up yet..(windows, heater, etc)
Except the i did hook up the acc wire for thw heater it says bu i believe there is anoher acc needing hooked up.
So any ideas on what could cause this sound?
Oh, and also...my xk09 does slow flash running which diagnistics said meant gwr was on....idk what that means nor how to fix...i unhooked it and truck starts then dies...so please any help with the rwlay clicking sound would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks guys!

GWR = Ground While Running. While the remote start has the engine running there is ground on this wire.

Did you check if the parking light output is set to flashing in the programming options?

Yes i know what gwr means....its connected at remote start and bypass module. Its acting like its not working correctly but doesnt make sense since it starts and runs fine but if i unhook it it wont run.

Ive programmed everything already...and i there isnt even an option for ANYTHING to flash WHILE driving/running.
Thats why i dont understand what it could be. Its def the sound of a relay clicking on and off over and over....only thing i can think is one of the acc or aux wires is trying to run. But that doesnt make sense either since i havnt activated any on my fob.
Could it be the second acc wire?
Its not hooked up because the wiring diagram i got didnt show it but i read on other forums that the avy has 2 acc wires and both need to be hooked up or tranny damge will occur. It said i need a relay to run the second one but idk how to wire it.
Could not having that hooked up cause an internal relay in the remote start brain to switch?

did you hook up the parking lights wire? If so, is it working, if so, are your lights flashing with the remote starter activated?

you need to hook up both ACC1, AND ACC2 wires AND IGN1 AND IGN 2 wires

Hook up heavy guage wires to ignition1, ignition2 and accessory1. use 20pin connector, pin 11 Blue/Black Accessory 2 Control Output wire. have that go to negative side of relay, and have relay switch power to brown wire at your truck

Hmm, was looking at the RS730 install manual in downloads section on the site here, pages 19-20 Showed this: REMOTE START FEATURE PROGRAM MODE. START FEATURE “D” PROGRAMMING: third down was parking light upon remote start, constant or flashing. Does the Avalanche have Auto position on the headlamp switch which would activate exterior lighting when running. The parking lights would already be on, relay in RS730 activating but doing nothing. Haven't seen the need for the ACC 2 (brown) to be powered on the '03-'07 GM fullsize truck chassis.

The relay clicking is your parking light flash while remote started relay . Did you hook up the parking lights. The second Accessory is not needed on the GM trucks, just the second ignition to avoid tranny problems. These trucks are one of the absolute most straight forward installs and are one of the easiest. I only install Autopage and have done well over 100 of them. Everytime I get someone with an 03-06 GM truck I do whatever I can to get the job since they are so easy.

Thanks guys..the clicking was the parkig lights. I thought i had it set to consant.
But the second acc wire issue... I have it hooked up to the orange wire which in the diagram i recieved says thats acc1 and brown is acc2 but u just said to hook to brown?
Also the brown wire looks more gray than brown? But its thebonly heavy gauge wire left!
Should inswitch from orange to brown or run a relay to get both power?
Also im wanting my aux to be able to turn on the heater and roll up windows...whatbdo i connect to do that?
The heater i cant find any info on and the windows all i can find is base models...thanks

Hook up acc 1 output from remote starter to Orange acc 1 from vehicle. Relay was for acc 2... but other members said you don't need acc 2 for your vehicle.

Ok but what about my other questions?
How to hook up windows to roll up, heater on, and what could cause my shock sensor to stop working?

you can get the wires in the driver door, you'd require a DEI 530T/535T and gram the wires at each door switch for one touch

heater will turn on with the car. defrost is an option and will need to be programmed. A read through the install guide will tell you how.

Im completely lost now!!!
So ur saying i have to buy another module to use my aux to roll windows up? Cuz i have read about 30 forums on it and everyone just wires it up w2w....just cant find anyone to explain how....the wires im told are not the right onea and the diagrams for my truck show harmesses that dont exist in mine lol
And as far as the heater...it just comes on no matter what?
Not really sure i like that because in the summer its gonna be hot as hell.
And ive read through the manual and several other remotes start manuals well over 30 times. It does not tell how to hook anything up really. Or at least not clear to where i can evem remotely u derstand it

if you can roll the windows down by using a key in the outside driver door, you will be okay without a dei 530t. If you cannot then start shopping for a module.

the Climate controls will turn on and be set at your last presets.

defrost white (-) @ bcm grey plug, pin 8

A key ftom the outside door? Idk what ur talking about lol....ive never seen a car that can roll the window down with a key from the outside.
I dont understand how other people with the exact vehicle as mine r doing this without that module...nor why there is no referance of it anywhere on any install manual?

I just did a quick google search on that module and it is not what im talking about at all...i should have been more specific.
What im wanting to do is what im reading everyone else doing is hooking up my windows to my remote start aux and programming it to send power to my windows when i hold down that aux button, power stops when i realease it. I know for a fact there is no module required. There are a ton of forums where people have done this w2w...i believe they may have used a relay or something but cant be sure.
The module u said is for rolling up windows when armed...not what i want at all. I want them to stay cracked when armed and up when i decide.

Xpresskits often states many options, however only few work. Based off what i see in the guide, connect the grey wire to your door pin. The 530t will do exactly just what you want, but will require more work to install.
