IGNITION 1      PURPLE(+)      @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

IGNITION 2      GREEN (+)      @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 1      GRAY (+)      @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

Did you connect the Red, RED / White, and RED / Black to a 12 volt source?

sure did. only wire in H3 harness not connected is the pink/blk flex relay 87a key side. The viper 5301 remote start is working fine. Have a ads-al-ca bypass w2w hooked to it. When car starts the climate control is not actuated, even though it was on when car turned off. If I start car with key the climate control turns on fine. Help!!

Seems like something isn't getting powered

Check your ignition wiring make sure everything is getting powered up. Compare the reading with both the remote start and the key make sure they are getting powered the same way.

Yes, what chev said.

With the car apart, activate the remote starter.

With the remote starter running the engine, test all the ignition wires on the car.

When you find an ignition wire that's dead, turn the key on. If it's live now, and the heat works now, that's the wire you have to work on powering up or troubleshooting why it's not getting power.

ok, so I did as instructed and here is what I found. The accessory hookup is correct, gray wire from harness to orange wire from H3 harness to remote. aIt gets power when rs is active. Second, looked at ignition 2 setup. Currently, I have it wired from ignition harness (green wire) to Pink/whtie H3-6 wire( flex relay output +) on RS. When I turn key to ignition it powers the green wire (ign 2), however when I RS the pink/white H3 -6 wire goes from 12v to 0 volts. The h3-8 wire has 12 v before initiating the RS but goes to 0 when I hit the RS button. The H3-7wire pink/blk , is at 12v before and after  RS initiated. Maybe I should switch connection to Pink/Blk wire to ignition 2??? Help?

quick update: if I connect the H3-6 to ignition 2 wire the heat comes on. So you guys were right. HOWEVER, still got a question. This wire is called the OUTPUT fro the flex relay +. It has 12 volts on it all the time EXCEPT when starter triggered. After start this wire will have 12 volts even when key is inserted. Does that concern anyone. Shouldn't this wire go to z3ero after key is inserted? Any help sorting this out would be appreciated.

its an ignition output so it will always stay hot. If its dropping out, it might be programmed as an accessory.

It can be programmed as either ignition 2 (default), accessory or starter output. I am just concerned that it is hot even after the key is inserted. I'm worried that after key goes in the original ignition 2 is hot and the output from the flex relay is hot so the current is 2xwhat it should be. Am I off base?
