hey guys i have a 2013 sierra and a viper 5901 & a dball2 installed. it worked perfectly until it got really cold outside. now the truck just clicks when it's cold. if you start the truck with the key it will start hard. then if you turn it off and remote start it the starter works fine. any help would be great

You should also make sure the remote starter is grounded to the vehicle chassis and not a steel brace in the dash. Clean the battery terminals and make sure they are tight.
