Whenever I lock using my remote i get a red LED flash three times and three chirps indicating a trigger is open. My remote is a 2WG9-SP. It is installed in a 2010 Ford Fusion automatic. The hood pin works fine because the remote start works, I do not have a trunk zone input (Pin 8 Violet/Black) connected. This wire won't see ground if not connected so the module shouldn't think the trunk is open. I checked the polarity of the door zone input (Pin 10 RED / White) and checked the jumpers. What would cause this.

Check your door input connection. Ford uses an open door pin where it's ground when closed. You can verify if you don't get 3 chirps with the door open.
Keep in mind the 7200 does not monitor door pins unless you have the factory alarm option turned on.

That was the problem. It was too simple. Thanks for the tip. I'm not concerned about the doors being monitored, I just was annoyed by the three chirps. Thanks again.
