Hello, guys! I am new here, glad to find that place, it is helped me a lot while installing my new remote start system. After install I got a problem, and I can't find the way to solve it, so I hope someone can help me out here. The system is Viper 4105v with dball2 connected in D2D Mode. The car is Honda Accord 2004. According to directech.com, installation method is standard, software is 402.HONDA4 v3.06 - that was flashed to the module in the store I bought it, and I used the installation guide from the directech.com. In the guide it says that I should use Type 1 Installation, which I did. I installed everything correctly, checked it 3 times. When I am trying to program Dball2 unit in the car after installation, for the Type 1 Installation the LED supposed to turn Green after Key is at ON position, but it starts flashing orange and programming after programming button pressed 5 times. This is the programming method for other installation types. Finally, after its programmed and remote start learn virtual tach, the car isn't starting remotely, and doors lock not working at all. Only parking lights are flashing as it supposed to. I checked remote start diagnostic, it shows that Neutral Safety Switch not connected. D2D mode doesn't require Neutral Switch to be connected according to the installation guide. I do not know what can be the problem for it. Sorry if my explanation is confusing! I hope, someone can help me out on this problem! Appreciate your help!

on the 4103, you have to ground the BLACK/ white neutral safety if its an automatic.
are you using a master key to program?

Yep, with master key. I'll try to hook up neutral safety switch and check again.

if the bypass failed to program, check your immobilizer wire. I have used the dball type 1 install before, and with a poor connection it will not program correctly.

I connected neutral safety switch, it still does the same, except for it remotely starting right now, but no door locks, no safety check pass.
I'll check the immobilizer connection, also will try to reflash the dball2. What do you think guys, can it be wrong setting during flash?

Also, it is not failed to program, it is programmed, but as the other installation type. I reset it and tried to reprogram several times, same result.

if it programmed fine in mode 2, you skipped the can programming. check your CAN sw wire, and push on the connector to make sure its seated correctly

I got it working normally! Thank you for your advices!!! The connection was good, but for some reason in the dball2 module side blue connector there wasn't a needle pin for that wire. Maybe I broke it when connected it first times or maybe it was a bad module by default, but I cut a little needle and put it there, finally reprogrammed module! Everything is working just perfect now! Appreciate you help!
