Was wondering if anyone has a wiring chart for a remote start in a 2015 Hyundai Elantra GLS with key start. Will be installing an Avital 4103 in the next few days. Thanks in advance.

same as 2014.
an idatalink + ads-usb OR Fortin Evo-all flashed for d2d will make your install significantly easier. I've used both modules on this and they work great.

Doing a straight wire install. Only question is for the trunk release. A Sonata has a negitive trigger right at the dash switch. Do you know if these do as well as everything else between the 2 cars is very similar.

that switch only works when the factory alarm is disarmed. see if you can set the unit to disarm/unlock then send a pulse for trunk release. in my opinion you're spending much more time installing, which equates to more than the cost of the bypass module. Get it installed under 1.5hours, or spend 2.5 hardwire.
what are you using for immobilizer? Key in a box?

Tedmond, no immobilizer on the U.S. key-start Elantra. I've never seen a trunk button on one of these, either.
kwd114, I have a trick for you for the trunk, as well as instructions on how to hook up to the locks and the factory alarm. Ignore the tech tip 1300 with the relay; it's a timewaster and really dumb and unnecessary.
DEI green to the pink/black lock wire in the car. (Program for double pulse lock.)
DEI blue to the brown unlock-detection wire in the car. (Program for double pulse unlock.)
DEI GREEN/ black to the green disarm wire in the car. (Program for double pulse disarm.)
DEI GREEN / WHITE to the pink/black arm wire in the car. (Leave this wire set for single pulse.)
TRUNK TRICK:
Look at that plug where you just made your connections for the locks. On the bottom row, you have lock, unlock (which you don't connect anything to), and then an empty pin.
Strip your DEI RED / white, twist it nice and clean and straight and pointy, and poke it in that hole. That wire will open the trunk, without a relay, as long as the car's alarm is disarmed.
With DEI systems, the GREEN/ black disarm wire makes an output when you press the trunk button, so you're going to be all set.

Thanks Chris, ya I agree on the tech tip 1300. Never really used it and never had a problem. That trick for the trunk was exactly what I was looking for. Thank!!!!!
