I got a 08 civic si. The remote start was working perfectly before, but since couple days ago, when I try to start my car, alarm gone off and tells me hood open. And then I went and check, it was alright. Later on when I try to set it on, it said error, hood open and flashes 7 times.
Any one knows how to fix it?
Please tell me!

open the hood and look for a hood pin. it probably corroded and broke off. buya new one for a couple bucks at any audio shop
