Hey guys, i just installed a Avital4103 with pkall bypass and everything works perfectly except when the car is shifted into neutral it cuts the car off. This occurs when the car is remoted started or with the key. The shutdwown diagnostics shows however the remote starter was shutdown last and doesnt change when the car shuts off in the neutral position. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

the vehicle already has a problem. if it happens with the key, the vehicle wiring is faulty or you installed something incorrectly.

WTH has neutral safety switch on R/S to do with the engine cutting out when transmission is placed in neutral, even on normal start?

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

This is what I meant by you not understanding basics in the other thread, before helping others out. Neutral safety circuit allows a car to start while it's NOT IN GEAR. Neutral safety does not cause a car to shut down. Think about it... if a vehicle is moving, would you want to accidentally shift into neutral, have the entire car shut off? Losing power steering, brake vaccum? Manufactures don't design the circuit this way. If you understood that, then the idea of connecting to a NSS circuit wouldn't have been pointed out.
OP mentioned it happens with the key, then the vehicle itself has an issue. No car should shut off while moving the shifter.

I joined the 12v to help others, just like my actual profession in med-It's about help not here to bash anyone.
