Hello,
sorry for my bad english letter,
we have a Clifford Concept 400 installed in the camper van.
I think, the Installation is not made correctly.
If the starter battery is unconnected, the control panel have a measurement of 13,5v. This value is a backstream from the Alarm System.
I want now to switch the connections of this Concept 400 and need for it a wiring plan or an Installation guide. How or where can I get a plan or a manual for it.
Thank you for your Assistance.

There might be a back battery for the alarm or siren giving you that voltage. I had a 400 twenty years ago but I can't remember.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Hello,
thank you for the Information, I think it is a hidden battery and I must search for it.
My first idea was this back flow came from a big capacitor.
bye and have a nice day
