Working on setting this up and getting all of the wires understood so I can get the job done right the first time as we all try to do with high hopes. Being a first time project for me but with a high level of mechanical background experience.

While reviewing the vehicle wiring diagram I noticed a wire labeled keysense. What is the purpose of this wire and what wire from the remote start if any do I need to hook to the keysense wire?

You will need this: https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/alarmdetail/2045.html

1) match the autopage large gauge harness outputs to the ignition wires. Test and verify you have the right colour at the ignition harness.

2) now connect vehicle triggers inputs to the brain (door trigger, trunk trigger, hood) don't forget to test.

3) run your siren/tach wire to the engine bay and connect accordingly. connect the bypass module as well.

key sense is used to disarm the factory alarm, without unlocking the door. Connect your ground when running aka status output to this. If you are using a bypass module you will need to diode isolate your output wire. https://www.the12volt.com/diodes/diodes.asp

Regarding bypass module will I need one with this vehicle, see vehicle description in post topic.

Also I don't believe this has a factory alarm as I've seen no lights indicating this in the dash or in the Haynes repair manual as I've had the air bag module and complete ignition column assy removed in the past. How would I verify whether it has a factory alarm or not?
