Found this site thorough a lot of google searches. Got a Smart start module installed and both the Amber and Green LED's are on solid. Get to the function test page and nothing works, ive tried cutting and reconnecting the loop whith a power reset each time but nothing from the test page. Everything from what i can tell is connected correctly. Ive verified about 5 times now.Truck is a 2001 dodge ram 2500 with the viper 5904 alarm.

Use the black 3 pin socket on the end of the Viper module, with red and black connected to the red and black at H1 on the Viper. Don't ground the grey or white wires in fact ignore them.

Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Thats how its been installed. Tried changing things and still nothing. The module will communicate with the website but i am not getting any response out of the function test or any information from the GPS
