Hello,

I have a Viper 5701 installed in a 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII. The car has a factory keypad on the driver's door, plus I also have the original factory keyless entry remotes. Is there any way to disarm the 5701 using either of these devices?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

No.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Well you could take a 1 way remote, then wire across the arm and disarm switches with relays from the OEM lock unlock wires. Good luck with that though.

Thanks for the creative workaround. I was hoping that there was some standard way to do this. It'd be handy if it was possible.
