hello every one , the problem of this pontiac grandprix 2004 is about the unlock wire , after connect the unlock wire to the alarm , most of time i can unlock the door using the remote , but some time it does not , i checked the connection and the alarm did sent signal to the unlock wire but it does not unlock the door , it only work again after i use the key to turn the ignition on . is there any solution to fix this problem ?

we need some more information. What system have you installed and what wire are you connected to? Does the vehicle have a factory alarm? Do you have your alarm set up for single or double pulse unlock?

the system i installed is soundstream al.2 , i connect the blue unlock wire from alarm to ORANGE / black(-) of the car , the car does not have a factory alarm , the default setup of my alarm is single pulse.

sorry for the misstake , the car have a factory alarm , so i think i need to connect the alarm to the disarm wire in the car to solve the problem.
