Viper 5906V Remote start not working

I have installed a viper 5906v remote start security system into my work vehicle and and having two problems.

First, the work vehicle is a 2014 Isuzu NPR Eco Max truck.   After finding little to no wiring diagrams on this vehicle, I got my tester out and started testing the wiring. Then I made the following connections:

Remote Start 10 pin connector:

Car Alarm    ===== Vehicle Connection Attachment

RED / Black      = RED / yellow
Pink/Black     = N/C
Pink/White     = RED / blue
Red = BLACK/ Red
Green = BLACK/ white key side
Violet        = BLACK/ white starter side
Orange        = N/C
RED / White      = BLACK/ red
Pink  = WHITE/ red

Tested wires on the vehicle are as follows:

Battery + = BLACK / YELLOW
Battery + = BLACK/ Red
Accessory = RED / Black
Ignition 1 = WHITE/ Red
Ignition 2 = RED / Blue
Starter    = BLACK/ White

My neutral safety wire is grounded and the brake shut down is disconnected for the time being. When auto start is activated, the ignition wires seem to activate, however the engine does not seem to crank at all.   When running with the key and auto start is activated, when i remove the key, the accessory wire seems to drop out however the engine stays running. This action also tripped my check engine light.   I know I have the wires backwards, but what ones? Why does it not crank when the auto start is engauged? I metered the voltage during when it should crank and have nothing on the violet wire during the process. Accessory needs to stay powered and is not...

Problem 2 is the brake shut down wire. This wire is 12v positive when the brake lights are NOT activated and when the brake pedal is depressed, the wire goes to ground. When connected the alarm thinks the brakes are being pressed when they are not. What do I need to do to correct this issue?

I remember doing a truck like that or a similar one and i had some if the same problems if i recall correctly i had to put engine sensing to off for it to stay remote started also you might have to turn of accessory during crank ,and lastly you can put a on / off flip switch to the brake wire from the 5906 and when you enter the truck you can flip it on and recheck your ignition and accessory wires make sure they power up properly , hope this helps.

Actually you can use a relay to convert the ground on the brake when activated and convert it to a positive with the flip switch

Immobiliser bypass?
Connect the ACC.
Some diesels are awful at tach pick-up, had to do virtual tach on some.
What about the Viper shutdown diagnostics; what are you getting?
Either test the bulb wire at the bulb end, see if it goes (+) POS there and trace back to the floor loom at the front, pick it up there or, brake switch, relay 85, ignition to 86 and 87, 30 to brown on Viper.
But that's got nothing to do with not remote starting, you need to look again at my first two sentences.
