So just recently i disconnected the battery on my vehicle to do some servicing and finish my viper install which was connecting in the rest of my door triggers now ever since i reconnected it when my alarm goes off my 2 way remote on the viper 5706v isnt sending me the message the alarm is going off but when i hit the disarm button it then tells me the alarm report. Ever since i disconnected the battery   it seems as the viper remote wont receive any commands on its own unless i lock or unlock it, it also worked just fine before. Any ideas how to fix this?

SOLVED: Well after trying to figure out why the remote was not paging me when my alarm went off i finally figured out how to fix to this issue. All you have to do is take the back cover off the 2 way remote. Once you have done that all you have to do is unplug the cable going from the battery to the circuit board for 20 minutes then come back and plug it back in and put it back together and the remote should function properly again at least it did for me.
