96ford explorer anti-theft engaged can't get it to turn off.disconnected unit, checked fuses, relays,and ground straps.electric windows quit working and when I press the window unlock button the horn goes off.Truck will start when I jump the selanoid but alarm does not disengage.Any help will be appreciated.thank you.

Disconnect battery overnight, at the same time trickle charge it. Everything should respond the next day.
