Hi guys , my Viper 7856V remote control for the remote start system flashes continuously one LED to the next , sequentially over and over non-stop. What is the problem and how may it be corrected ?

Try pulling the batteries out, press down on the tab that holds the batteries in place. Reinstall batteries or fresh batteries. Sounds like they are loose in the holder.

Thanks for the suggestion , but the batteries were tested to be very good and the batteries aren't loose .The electronic circuit in the control is lighting the LED's one after the other and repeating the sequence continuously. It could be defective or reset somehow .
