Hi All -
I recently relocated the brain box to a better spot under the dash. In doing so I needed to remove all of the plugs. Including connections to the bypass module. I plugged everything back in and unfortunately the remote start part isn't functioning now. The doors lock and unlock but the factory security has gotten confused a few times now on the unlock with the remote.
I've tried to go through the programming on the brain and I've even tried to program the bypass. It all seems to be working according to the directions but when I try to remote start, I just get a click from the brain and then it doesn't start.
So my question is about programming order. If I were to pretend that I just installed this remote start, what order do I plug things in and in what order do I program everything, including the bypass?

Hey thanks for chiming in. I actually have both of those documents. The Astrostart install instructions are about as clear as mud. Really looking for the word of mouth install rundown from a tech. If that makes sense. Thx!

If this strikes a cord with anyone. When I try to remote start, the brain box clicks a relay, the led flashes rapidly for a second and then the led flashes 19 times pause 19 times and so on. If I tap the brake, the flashing stops.
In the manual, the diagnostic codes stop at 13
